The users table:

The following are the additional information to know in addition to the
common users' information in the login table.


level:
------

Float number from 0-10 tells the system the user's level of experience.


rate:
-----

User's rate filled automatically by the system based on the system's
evaluation to every user, the rate here shouldn't be altered manually.


hourly_wage and market_hourly_wage:
-----------------------------------

The user's hourly wage and the average wage of his position in the market.


login_groups:
-------------

The groups the user belongs to, unlike department, the login groups can
be used to configure the user as a member of several groups, the value
here is needed on Vendor/Department dashboard, this is where the system
knows the users belonging to the login supervisor/studio
